About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Account Manager with a strong grasp of market dynamics and the technology industry. This role will identify growth opportunities, foster strategic partnerships, and drive revenue expansion. Additionally, the role must ensure alignment between client needs and our technological capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the technology sector through market research, networking, and prospect outreach.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and partners, showcasing a deep understanding of tech solutions.
    • Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to co-create compelling proposals and aligned go-to-market strategies.
    • Present product and solution demos, craft persuasive business proposals, and lead negotiation sessions to close deals.
    • Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track client interactions, and report on performance metrics such as KPIs.
    • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to evaluate new market opportunities.
    • Represent the company at tech conferences, trade shows, and other networking events.
Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
    • 3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within tech or IT industries
    • Strong grasp of technology solutions such as SaaS platforms, cloud infrastructure, APIs, or cybersecurity tools.
    • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data reporting tools.
    • Market research, strategy planning, proposal writing, and contract negotiation capabilities.
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
    • Strategic mindset with problem-solving prowess and adaptability to fast-evolving tech environments.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities in dynamic situations.
    • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions.
