About the Role:

We are seeking a data-driven and execution-focused Online Marketing Manager to help us attract, convert, and nurture leads through high-impact online campaigns. You’ll be expected to take your expertise in SEO, digital ads, and performance campaigns and drive execution that delivers real growth, fast.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns to attract qualified leads and grow brand visibility.
    • Implement and continuously improve SEO strategies for both on-page and off-page optimization.
    • Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
    • Own and optimize the lead funnel: build landing pages, design nurture flows, and drive conversion strategies.
    • Monitor campaign performance using tools like GA4, Search Console, CRM, and ad platforms.
    • A/B test messaging, creatives, and lead capture forms to improve conversion rates
    • Collaborate with different teams to align growth efforts with business goals and service capabilities.
    • Report on KPIs such as CPL, conversion rates, ROI, and traffic sources with actionable insights.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, search algorithm updates, and new digital growth tactics.
    • Basic understanding of HTML, landing page builders, or Webflow and WordPress.
    • Support branding, content, and engagement strategies that boost credibility and trust.
Qualifications:

    • 3 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or online lead generation.
    • Proven track record in planning and executing successful paid and organic campaigns.
    • Strong grasp of digital analytics, funnel optimization, and user behavior metrics.
    • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Business Manager, and basic CRMs.
    • Excellent communication and writing skills.
    • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
    • Knowledgeable in implementing online marketing strategy within a BPO, SaaS, or service-based company.
    • Familiarity with automation tools or platforms.
    • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to produce high-converting materials.
    • Amenable to work onsite in our Makati office.
